Curtis R. Cook

Vice President, Operations

Curtis Cook is the Vice President of Operations and joined WL Port-Land Systems Inc. in 1994. He has progressive industry experience in management and operations, serving previously as a project manager, grain storage foreman, flock service supervisor, and grain elevator operator since 1983.

As Vice President, Curtis manages engineering and project groups to execute company projects, including overseeing drafting, engineering, project managers, safety, field construction superintendents, field crews, and subcontractors.

Curtis is well-versed in all aspects of our company work, and has been involved in dozens of multi-million dollar projects. His expertise includes process design/engineering, facility equipment arrangements/layouts for bulk material handling equipment installation, and execution of facility shutdowns and equipment changeovers.

Curtis is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Mechanization.
