Director of Business Development
Daniel Tramp is Director of Business Development at WL Port-Land Systems Inc. and joined the company in 2026. In this role, Daniel focuses on driving new business and supporting marketing efforts for the company’s design-build and general contracting work in feed mills and industrial facilities.
Before joining WL Port-Land, Daniel built a career through leadership roles spanning sales, service, marketing, automation, and process leadership. Daniel’s background includes previous roles with USC, LLC and Wenger Manufacturing, where Daniel supported growth, customer relationships, and cross-functional project execution in equipment and industrial markets.
Most recently, Daniel served as Director of Revenue Assurance at USC, where Daniel led marketing, sales, and service teams and helped the business achieve approximately 31% growth over 17 months. That experience shaped Daniel’s practical approach to business development, with a strong focus on customer needs, team alignment, and execution.
Previously, Daniel worked for Wenger Mfg in various client facing roles in the pet food and feed industry.
Daniel also serves his local community via participation on three non-profit boards, the Kids Kloset, the Greater Sabetha Community Foundation and Sabetha Housing Authority. Daniel is a graduate of Washburn University with a dual focus degree in Business Management and Finance and also holds an associate’s degree in Diesel Technology.
